Membership Fees Lowered as KRPA Encourages Retirees to Join
In an effort to keep those who have retired from the profession involved and updated on association activities, the cost of joining KRPA for retired professionals has been lowered from $45 to $25.
"I've found that we have a lot of former professionals who have lost touch with KRPA, but have an interest in continuing to receive information about activities in the association. As a result, we want to make it easier and more affordable for them to have a membership," said KRPA Executive Director Doug Vance.
Member agencies are encouraged to pass along information regarding the reduced rate membership to their retired employees who may have interest in being a KRPA member.
